Residents who are experiencing sewer line back-ups on their property and need assistance from the Runnemede Sewer Utility must call Central Dispatch at 856-939-3354 to log your service call.  Someone on duty will be dispatched to your home.  A determination will be made at that time as to whether the problem can be addresed by borough employees or whether it is a problem that the homeowner must address with their own plumber.  If you call the borough hall those receiving the call will direct you to follow the above-referenced process.
