2016 Homestead Rebate credits have been applied to 2nd quarter taxes for those who qualify. If you pay your taxes yourself, you will receive the adjusted bill in the mail next week. Please use that new bill to determine what is due on May 1st. If your taxes are paid by your mortgage company, your mortgage company will receive the adjusted bill and you will receive an “advice” copy in the mail for your records.
